A pentagon ball


12 pieces. Cut from wool felt. Randomly embroidered. Joined with blanket stitch. To be sent to a beautiful friend whose baby will be born this month.

  6. There's nothing lovelier than a handmade gift for a baby. I like to make bibs and always bring a meal for the exhausted mum. Speaking of babies....when are you due?

    1. A meal is the most useful thing you can take I think – after Oscar was born a kind friend bought around a fruit platter, which while learning to breastfeed for what felt like hours on my couch, was greatly appreciated!

      I'm due end of August, 5 or so weeks, not long now.
